Refund & Replacement Policy

At Three G’s Custom Designs, every item is custom-made with care specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns on completed orders.

That said, we stand behind the quality of our work and want every customer to have a great experience.

If your order is damaged during shipping, we’ll gladly help you work through the claim process with the carrier and do everything we can to assist in resolving the issue.

And while we take pride in our quality control process, we’re human too. If we missed a defect or made an error on your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll work with you to replace it with the exact same/corrected item and make it right.
