ORDERING

How do I place a custom order?
You can shop directly on our website for ready-to-order designs, or reach out to us for fully custom work. Email us at hello@threegscustom.com, use the contact form, or hit the chat button on any page. We'll walk you through the whole process.

How long does production take?
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Custom design orders may take a little longer depending on complexity. If you have a specific deadline, let us know upfront and we'll do everything we can to meet it.

Can I order just one item?
Absolutely. Whether it's a single engraved tumbler or one custom t-shirt, we've got you covered. No minimum order required on most items.

What's your minimum for bulk orders?
We handle everything from single pieces to 1,000+ unit orders. For bulk pricing and discounts, reach out to us directly at hello@threegscustom.com.

Can I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes — for custom design orders we will provide a proof for apparel and engravings, but please note, because many of the items we engrave like slate and wood are naturally occurring items, there can be slight variations to final product.

CUSTOMIZATION

Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Yes! In fact many of our items you have to upload a logo in order to add to cart! Send us your file and we'll do our best to make it work. Best formats are PNG, PDF, SVG, or AI files with the highest resolution possible. A screenshot off your phone MIGHT work for some things, and we certainly don't recommend it. You get out what you put in. Not every design will work well on every item. Some designs wont embroider well, others wont engrave well. Not sure if your file will work? Send it anyway and we'll let you know.

What if I don't have a design?
No problem at all. Tell us your idea, your colors, and what you're going for — our in-house design team will create something from scratch. We'll work with you until it's right. Most projects of any size we include this in the cost of the item. For single item and smaller orders, we MAY reach out to you prior to production if design work will exceed 15 minutes.

What products can you customize?
Pretty much everything. T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tumblers, keychains, coasters, cutting boards, ornaments, hats, and more. If you have something specific in mind that's not on our site, just ask.

What decoration methods do you use?
We offer DTF (Direct to Film) printing, precision laser engraving and embroidery — depending on the item and your order size. We'll recommend the best method for your specific project.

Can I get a color I don't see listed?
Often times, yes, when it comes to apparel. Many of our items come in dozens of color options that we don't list individually. Email us at hello@threegscustom.com and we'll check availability for you.

TEAM STORES

What is a team store?
A team store is a custom online shop we build specifically for your school, sports team, or organization. Parents, players, and coaches can shop directly, pay online, and have items shipped to them or collected together. No upfront costs, no inventory stress for you.

How much does it cost to set up a team store?
There is no setup fee. We build and manage the store — you just promote it to your team. A portion of each sale supports your program.

Who is a team store good for?
School sports teams, travel leagues, booster clubs, youth organizations, and any group that needs spirit wear without the hassle of collecting money and managing orders manually. We've even done this for businesses looking for employee purchase options. Reach out, we can tailor a store for pretty much anything!

How long does a team store stay open?
We typically run stores for 2–3 weeks to collect orders, then produce and ship everything together. We can customize the timeline based on your needs.

How do we get started with a team store?
Just reach out at hello@threegscustom.com or use our contact form. Tell us your team name, sport, school, and timeline and we'll take it from there.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States. We're based in SE, Michigan and serve customers nationwide.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. We work to keep shipping as affordable as possible.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — if you're in Washtenaw County or SE Michigan area, local pickup may be available. Contact us to check.

What is your return policy?
Because every item is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. However if we made an error on your order we will remake it at no charge. Items must be unworn and unwashed for any return inquiry.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately at hello@threegscustom.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right — fast.

SIZING

What brands do you use for apparel?
We use a wide variety of manufacturers for apparel, but Gildan more often than not. It runs true to size for most styles.

How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a sizing chart. When in doubt, size up — especially for hoodies and sweatshirts.

What if my size isn't available?
Certain size and color combinations may need to be ordered. Contact us and we'll check availability and get back to you quickly.

BUSINESS & BULK ORDERS

Do you work with businesses?
Yes — this is one of our specialties. We work with Michigan businesses of all sizes on branded apparel, corporate gifts, promotional items, laser engraved products, and full brand merch programs.

Can you help with corporate gifting?
Absolutely. Laser engraved tumblers, custom apparel sets, branded keychains and more — all personalized with your logo. Great for client gifts, employee recognition, trade shows, and events.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. The more you order the better the pricing. Contact us for a custom quote on orders of 25 pieces or more apparel items. Most of our laser engraved options have bulk discounts on the individual product page, but reach out if you have a special situation, or are ordering 100+ of any laser engraved item.

Can you help design our branded merch program from scratch?
Yes — we offer full brand strategy and merchandise consulting. We'll help you figure out what products make sense for your brand, how to use them, and how to make them work hard for your business.
