Each item from Three G's Custom Designs is made just for you, customized to your specifications. Because of this, we do not carry pre-made inventory in all possible combinations. If your selected item is not in stock, we will order it upon purchase.

Also, many of these items have dozens of possible color options, so we certainly don't show every one. If you see a design that you like and want a different color, email us at hello@threegscustom.com or hit the chat button on the page to talk to us! If it's available, we will do our best to get it for you!

For custom orders, please reach out through the "Contact" tab or visit our Facebook page (linked via the Facebook icon at the top of the page). You can send a direct message or post a request, and we’ll get back to you. A gallery of previous custom designs is also available for inspiration. Or even hit the chat button on the page and talk to us live ( during normal, and sometimes abnormal, business hours!)

We strive to give the quickest turnaround time as possible. Most orders ship inside a week depending on order time, some take a little bit longer. If it's something we need to create for you, we will guide you as we create it. If our suppliers have a delay, we will contact you with info, and offer any other options should that be a possibility.

Since all items are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final.

However, if we made an error with your order, we will gladly remake the item for you. If a return is required, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note:

• No cash refunds will be issued.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed for any return inquiries.

We want your custom apparel to stay looking fresh for as long as possible! Each order includes a care instruction card for easy reference.

We primarily use Gildan brand apparel unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Occasionally, specific size/color combinations may be unavailable. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss alternative options before proceeding with your order.
